2114 4K Static RAM Read/Write. This is a simple setup for writing to a 2114 Static RAM, and reading back what you wrote. Nothing fancy, just a beginner's orientation and example of how to do. Hopefully, it will be helpful to others, like me, who love to learn electronics on their own.
