I2C driver, written in Spin, supports byte, word, long, block, and string storage/retrieval.

V1.1 = minor clean-ups and added string methods for writing/reading arbitrary-length strings (page size not an issue).

Note: This driver does not drive the clock line -- you must have a pull-up on SCL.
