Multiple serial port driver

Supports upto 4 serial ports with 1 COG. Also supports hardware flow control on any of the ports.
Fixed issue with 4th port. All 4 ports now tested and working.
Added additional test programs in download.
Added comment and version variable if need multiple copies of driver (i.e. more than 4 ports)

    This is an excellent bit of code. I believe that line 81 of GPS_IO should be commented out though (a relic of testing?) since it automatically echos all data to port 0.

    Tim Moore did some fine work testing and fixing this component. The July 25, 2008 revision worked well for me. Read the docs for note if running it on multiple cogs. Thanks Tim!
